RiverWays Move

Boat Delivery & Relocation

The simple, no-fuss way to arrange boat transport in the UK. An experienced, fully insured skipper takes the helm, handles the locks and keeps you updated the whole way. No cranes, no lorries, no wide-load permits — your boat stays in the water where it belongs. Whether it's a narrowboat delivery along the Grand Union, a widebeam relocation to the Norfolk Broads or a cruiser move down the Thames, we plan the route and deliver it safely.

No obligation, no pushy follow-ups — just a straight answer and a fair price.

Good to know

Common questions.

How much does a delivery cost?

Every move is quoted individually based on distance, lock count and dates — most owners are surprised how reasonable it is compared with road haulage. Send us the two locations and we'll come back with a fixed price, usually the same working day.

How far do you travel in a day?

Around 20–25 miles per day including locks. We'll confirm the expected duration with your quote.

Free, no-obligation quote

Tell us about your boat and we'll price it up.

Two or three lines is enough to get started. We reply to most enquiries the same working day.
